Makes 2 small omelette triangles
2 cubes
Organic Spinach, Apple and Courgette Peasy Pods
prepared as per instructions
1 egg
Knob of butter
30g cheddar, grated
Whisk the egg and puree together.
Meanwhile add a little butter to a non-stick frying pan.
When the butter starts to foam, tip in the egg mixture and swirl the pan until you have a thin layer coating the bottom. Sprinkle the cheese over half of the omelette so it starts to melt.
When the egg has solidified, fold the half without cheese over the cheesy half. Cut in half to make two triangles.
