Makes 12 small brownie squares
Organic Pear, Plum and Coconut Peasy Pods* prepared as per instructions
40g cocoa powder
40g plain flour
*Banana, Oats, Coconut and Prune Peasy Pods work just as well. **Use a Vegan spread for a dairy free alternative.
Melt the butter and stir in the cocoa powder, sugar, egg
and fruit puree until you have a smooth mixture.
Add the flour a bit at a time and combine well.
Grease a non-stick cupcake tin and spoon the mixture into the moulds
or bake in a cake tin and slice into ‘pizza’ slices.
Bake in a pre-heated oven 180c or 160c (fan oven). Gas mark 4 for 12-15 mins.
Serving suggestion: Drizzle with toffee sauce or top the ‘pizza’ slices with coconut cream or Greek yoghurt and add a few summer soft fruits.
