There are lots of great people who make the Peasy machine work well,
but our two dietitians, Leo and Jo are absolutely pivotal.
They are both very handsome, but I try not to hold that against them. They still run their own practices but provide all their expertise and know-how on all things food to the Peasy brand.
Leo has worked as a Registered Dietitian since 2011 and completed several clinical placements including at Great Ormond Street Hospital, and has worked both in community and clinical settings. With a particular interest in child nutrition and weaning, he has also taught nutrition and cooking skills to young people and families, both privately and in the charity sector. Leo has expertise in recipe formulation and product development and is a keen baker and cook. He translates science and health messages into practical steps for busy clients of all ages.
is a state Registered Dietitian with a First Class BSc (Hons) in Human Nutrition & Dietetics. She specialises in infant and child nutrition and has been through the weaning process twice with her own children. She has a clinic in London and has consulted for the BBC and Channel 4. She comments regularly in print and on radio (more often than not as the voice of reason when the latest outlandish food story hits the news).
She is also a spokesperson for the British Dietician Association.
